LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A teenager was arrested after interfering with a police investigation involving a robbery and fight outside of a McDonald's, according to Louisville Metro police.

An arrest report stated on Monday afternoon officers pulled over a TARC bus believed to have the suspect on board, wanted in connection to a robbery and a fight that happened earlier that day outside of the McDonald's located at Brownsboro Road and Lime Kiln Lane.

The robbery suspect was taken into custody and placed in the back of a police car. Officers said the suspect kicked out the back window of the cruiser when Tracy Monson, 18, approached the scene and would not listen to the officers telling her to stay away from the patrol car.

According to the report, Monson began insisting she needed to talk to the robbery suspect while continuing to approach the patrol car. Officers told Monson more than 10 times to back away before arresting her as well.

Police stated Monson created a hazardous condition by walking through the glass of the broken window. She was charged with 2nd degree disorderly conduct.
