LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – The University of Louisville lost to the University of Central Florida Knights with a final score of 38-35.
Friday's game marked the second week in a row the UofL Cards played prime time on ESPN.
During the game players, cheerleaders and even band members swapped out their usual red for pink in honor of breast cancer awareness and survivors.
Even though basketball season hasn't started two of the Cards Men's Basketball team players traded the basketball court for the homecoming court during the game. Luke Hancock took the crown, beating out fellow teammate Russ Smith.
The next time the Cards take the field at home will be against Houston on November 16.
