(CNN) - A last minute change is to blame for problems with the Obamacare website, according to a key contractor working on the site.
Shortly before the launch, the Obama administration told contractors to make consumers register before they could see prices.
The contractor said that may have jammed up the system.
The administration has been under fire for the problems with the website.
Health and human services secretary Kathleen Sebelius told CNN that Obama didn't know anything about the problem before Oct. 1.
