TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A South Tucson man is expected to recover after being stabbed Thursday night.

South Tucson Police say the man was stabbed in the chest and torso by two men in a residence in the 100 block of East 30th Street, near South 6th Avenue and West 29th Street.

Police say the suspects are both in their 20s and fled the scene on foot.

The victim, who is also in his early 20s, was taken to a local hospital and is expected to make a full recovery, according to police.
