LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A Louisville man charged with robbery and kidnapping for an incident on October 17 has now been charged with doing the same thing the day before.

The new charges against Yohinace J. Labroi, 18, say he was one of three men who approached a person walking home, put a gun to the person's neck and threatened to kill him if he didn't do what he was told.

[PREVIOUS STORY: Man charged in robbery and kidnapping]

According to the report, Labroi and the other two men forced the victim into his car and drove him to the Oak St. Food Mart where they used his debit card to withdraw $400 from an ATM. After getting the money, the men drove to the Germantown area where they forced the victim out of his car and fled with the vehicle.

Labroi was arrested the next day in the 500 block of E. Ormsby after allegedly committing a similar kidnapping and robbery. The vehicle of the victim in the October 16 incident was found in the rear of the home.
