SCOTTSDALE, AZ (CBS5) -
Police say a 24-year-old man in jail for stabbing his father in the stomach following a fight at their Scottsdale apartment.
Police said the father and son got in a fight at their apartment in the 4400 block of N. 78th St. about 11 p.m. on Oct. 30. The son, Jonathan Davison, allegedly stabbed his dad in the stomach. Police were called and the 55-year-old father was taken to Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn Medical Center. He is expected to be OK.
Police said the suspect made comments that led to his arrest.
He was booked into jail on one count of aggravated assault.
