LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A Louisville
based restaurant is taking one of their former employees to court for allegedly
sharing trade secrets.
According to court documents, Texas
Roadhouse filed a lawsuit in Jefferson County Circuit Court on October 25
alleging John Hook left the company and went to California Pizza Kitchen where
he gave out confidential information.
Business First reported Hook also met
with other officials in his final weeks at the company to learn more about a
new concept restaurant.
While he was with Texas Roadhouse Hook
supervised multiple restaurants based in Salt Lake City.
