LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Surveillance video helped Louisville Metro
police solve the case of a badly damaged ATM.
Victoria Payne Kannah, 39, is accused of intentionally shattering the
screen of the ATM at the PNC Bank branch at 5021 South 3rd Street by
throwing large rocks at it. The estimated cost of the damage is $1,000.
The incident happened September 2. Kannah was arrested on Friday,
November 8. She is charged with 1st degree criminal mischief.
Police said Kannah has a criminal history that includes similar incidents.
