LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A Louisville man was arrested after what a police report describes as a home invasion and armed robbery in October that may have stemmed from a Facebook post.

Steven Mastin, 25, and an unknown accomplice are accused of kicking in the door of an apartment on October 23 and holding one of the residents at gunpoint while demanding money and a safe. The other man who lives in the apartment escaped through a window.

According to the arrest report, Mastin told the victim, "I've seen you on Facebook flashing the money. Give me the money and give me the safe."

Police said Mastin and his accomplice got away with the victim's wallet containing $565, his ID, a Walmart gift card valued at $60, jewelry, a Playstation 3, a laptop, two cell phones and a pair of headphones.

Mastin is charged with 1st degree robbery.
