HARDIN COUNTY, KY (WAVE) - A man was accidentally shot in the leg while using a restroom in a central Kentucky restaurant.
According to Elizabethtown police spokesman Virgil Willoughby, the man set his pistol on the toilet paper dispenser while using the restroom Sunday at the Fazoli's located at 1702 North Dixie Avenue.
Willoughby said the gun fell off of the dispenser, hit the floor and fired, shooting him in the leg.
The man was taken to Hardin Memorial Hospital and treated for a non-life threatening injury.
Police said he did have a concealed carry permit.
