Cracked pipe causes cold temps in JCPS school

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Students and staff bundled up for class after the a boiler pipe cracked, causing heat in part of the building to turn off, according to a Jefferson County Public Schools official.

JCPS said it took about two hours for maintenance crews at Butler High School to isolate the pipe and turn the boiler back on.
