LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE-TV)   One person was killed in a crash Sunday morning near Iroquois Park.

According to the coroner, Ann Unterbrink, 97, was the victim of the crash. She lived not far from where the accident occurred.

According to Officer Carey Klain of Louisville Metro Police, a neighbor near Seneca Trail and Seminole Avenue heard a loud collision around 11:40 a.m.and called 911.

Crews found two mangled vehicles that include a Ford Taurus sedan and a Mercury minivan. The driver of the sedan, Unterbrink, was pronounced dead at the scene; the driver of the minivan was transported by EMS to University of Louisville Hospital.  There were no passengers in either vehicle.

The impact of the collision knocked over a street light.

Klain says officers have not found witnesses to the crash, so if anyone has information they are asked to call 574-LMPD and report it to the tip line.
