BARDSTOWN, KY (WAVE) – Bardstown Police arrested a man after an investigation revealed child pornography had been downloaded at his home.
According to the Bardstown Police Department, Jeffrey R. Lugenbeal, 28, was arrested on Wednesday after a search warrant was executed at his home.
Officer Jason Woodson, the head of the Bardstown Police cyber-crimes unit, said the investigation revealed child pornography. Electronic equipment from Lugenbeal's home was sent to the Kentucky State Police Forensics Laboratory for further investigation.
Lugenbeal is currently being held at the Nelson County Jail on one count of possession/viewing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
