LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A Louisville man was arrested after he tried to leave a Mall St. Matthews store with more than $1,000 of unpaid merchandise.

Joshua W. Nalley, 36, was arrested by St. Matthews Police on December 21 after loss prevention officers at J. C. Penney saw him conceal merchandise in a shopping bag. His arrest report says Nalley had eight bottles of men's cologne.
