LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - High pressure moving in over Kentuckiana today will clear out the clouds later today keep things quiet and cool as we go through the end of the workweek.
Temperatures will top out near 40 today but a more southerly wind component on tomorrow will help us rise into the upper 40s. The first part of the weekend looks sunny with highs exceeding 50 but an upper-level disturbance moving from the Texas Gulf Coast to the Carolinas on Sunday will bring a few clouds and a slight shower chance to our southern counties.
A surge of much cooler air will move in for Monday as this system exits with a few flurries possible in the morning.
