One man was arrested and accused of threatening an Evansville cab driver.

Officials says a Unity Taxi driver was driving a man on Kentucky Avenue, near Riverside, when the man made a threat involving a gun.

Unity Taxi General Manager Bill Kramer says the driver hit a panic button, connecting her to Unity management. They were able to call 911.

Officers say they stopped the cab near Pollack and Ruston. Police arrested 45-year-old James Woolfolk. He's now facing charges of intimidation and public intoxication.

The driver was not hurt. Police say there was never actually a gun.
