LEBANON, KY (WAVE) - Two people were killed in a mobile home fire in the Holy Cross community of Marion County early January 6.
Firefighters from multiple departments in Marion and Nelson Counties battled the fire at 6310 Holy Cross Road which was reported at 3:36 a.m. The mobile home was a complete loss.
Kentucky State Police troopers were called at 6:07 a.m. from Marion County 911 requesting assistance with a fire investigation.
KSP has identified the victims are Thomas Wayne Cundiff, 60, and his wife, Mary Rose Cundiff, 71, both of Holy Cross. The cause of their deaths has not been determined.
How the fire started is under investigation, but KSP does not believe foul play was involved.
