LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A second arrest has been made in connection with the January 6 murder of Brian Przybylek.
Homicide detectives arrested a 17-year-old white male Wednesday night. He is being charged with murder and robbery along with Justen Tandy, 19, who was arrested less than 12 hours after the shooting.

The first homicide of the year happened in the 6100 block of Guardian Court off Preston Highway in Newburg. Przybylek, 34, was pronounced dead at the scene at 6:04 p.m. as a result of a gunshot wound.
Police are not looking for other suspects at this time.
