LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A man reported to have a gun during a fight is behind bars after he pulled a fire alarm and emptied an apartment building.

Louisville Metro Police were called to the 1500 block of River Road around 2:20 a.m. January 9 on a report of a man with a gun fighting with a woman. Before police arrived, they said Phillip G. Harrison, 51, set off the fire alarm which caused the residents of the building to panic.
