MOUNT WASHINGTON, KY (WAVE) - Police are searching for a missing Mount Washington man who was last seen January 10.
Craig Wikman, 46, recently was a patient at Our Lady of Peace. He was discharged on the morning of Thursday, January 9, according to his wife.
Jeanine Wikman said her husband was supposed to return to Our Lady of Peace for outpatient treatment on Friday. He called to let her know he made it there, but he has not been seen or heard from since. Workers at Our Lady of Peace called Mrs. Wikman to advise her husband never checked in.
She filed a missing persons report with the Mount Washington Police Department. Investigators told her he's not purchasing food or gas.
Mrs. Wikman said her husband has never done anything like this before, but something went wrong in the last six months that has caused him to struggle. She said she is hopeful the community can help locate him so he can get the help he needs to get better.
Craig Wikman drives a 2008 gold Nissan Altima.
Anyone with information about this case should call the Mount Washington Police Department.
