PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Three more people, including a 15-year-old boy, have been charged in a fatal gang-related drive-by shooting at a house party on the city's southwest side in November.

The boy, and two men, D'Drique Price and Theodore Montgomery, both 18, were booked into jail on Tuesday on charges of first-degree murder, felony murder, drive-by shooting, conspiracy to commit murder, leading/assisting a criminal street gang and three counts of aggravated assault.

On Saturday, the alleged driver, Jacorion Tyrell White, also known as "Coco," was booked into jail on a charge of first-degree murder.

Marquis Young, 18, was arrested Jan. 14 and is being held on a $1 million bond. He was booked into jail on eight charges, including first-degree murder and possessing marijuana.

Nora Osman died in the Nov. 9 shooting at 5800 S. 53rd Glen.

Osman was standing on the corner when occupants of a red Cadillac fired multiple shots. Three other people were wounded. They were identified as David Lamb, Joy King-Williams and Karrim Seymour.

At least one person from the area where the victim was standing returned fire.

About 30 shell casings were recovered. Police determined that four different guns were fired.

Surveillance video from a Chevron station at 5115 W. Southern Ave. shows a number of people met there first to plan the attack, according to a court document.

A week earlier, White met with Osman's sister to set up a marijuana deal with David Lamb so that when Lamb showed up, White would shoot him, according to a probable cause statement.

Lamb and White are cousins and rival gang members, the court document stated. Lamb is a member of the gang Lindo Park and White is a member of the gang E-Town, police said. There have been numerous incidents of violence between the two gangs over the past several years, officers said.

The Nov. 9 party was attended by some gang members, who left to meet others at the Chevron station, court paperwork stated.

They went back to the party and fired at Lamb, hitting others and killing Osman, according to the probable cause statement.

On the day Young was arrested, a search warrant was served on his apartment. Police said they found marijuana in a ziplock bag in a bedroom. Pot was also found in a bag in a vehicle.

Young was convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon as a juvenile, the court paperwork stated. He was on probation at the time of last fall's shooting.
