LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Louisville Metro Police have charged two people with drug trafficking and are seeking a third person who fled the scene.

An arrest reports says detectives tried to pull over a car at 11:15 p.m. January 17. The car fled and ended up hitting a chain link fence at S. 3rd Street and Kenwood Avenue.

LMPD said the driver, Matthew Ray, fled the scene. The passengers – Amber Lickliter, 26, and Andrew Sivado, 33 – remained in the car and were taken into custody.

Inside the car, police found baggies of meth and heroin along with xanax pills.

The report says Lickliter told police Ray was doing a drug deal with Sivado.

Lickliter and Sivado have been charged with three counts of trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Metro police continue to search for Ray.
