LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – The town judge of Clarksville, Indiana has been arrested after being involved in a traffic accident in Louisville.

A Louisville Metro Police arrest report states that Mickey K. Weber, 32, of Clarksville, Indiana, was arrested on January 16 after an injury accident at Lexington Road and Hamilton Avenue in the Phoenix Hill neighborhood around 12:45 a.m.

According to the report, the Ford F-150 pickup that Weber was driving hit two parked cars and a fence causing about $1,000 in damage. The report also says Weber told officers he had "too many" while at Headliners.

Police said Weber, who was taken to University of Louisville Hospital, would not sign the implied consent form or give a blood sample. LMPD officers said Weber had glassy eyes and slurred speech.

Weber was booked into Louisville Metro Corrections on charges of criminal mischief, DUI and not having insurance. He pled not guilty at his arraignment and was released from LMDC after posting $500 bond.

Weber appeared in Jefferson District Court on January 21. His next court appearance was set for February 12.
