LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A man is accused of using a baseball bat to strike a vehicle during a domestic dispute with a woman he was once involved with.

According to Louisville Metro police this incident happened on January 12 and was the first of several that happened over the next several days. An arrest warrant states Daniel Frazier, 26, of Louisville, used the bat to strike a truck several times and damaging it.

Police say Frazier followed the woman involved from the scene, driving recklessly to stop her. The woman pulled over to avoid an accident when Frazier continued to confront her. She was later able to leave the scene and called police.

On January 15, police say Frazier came to the woman's place of employment with a note saying he had taken her iPod and driver's license. Frazier also left voice messages and asked the woman to come to his place of employment so she could get her property back. The woman then called police and Frazier handed over the items to authorities.

The woman currently has a domestic violence order on Frazier and the two have a child together.

Frazier was arrested on January 21. He is charged with menacing, first-degree criminal mischief and violation of a domestic violence order.
