LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – The driver of a semi is facing charges after he was involved in a road rage incident with another driver.
On January 24, Louisville Metro Police say David Swindle, 62, was on Westport Road when intentionally drove his semi trailer into another lane and side-swiped a car.
Swindle left the scene, but was followed to the Ford Kentucky Truck Plant on Chamberlain lane where he made a delivery. Inside KTP, Metro Police found swindle and his semi. Officers said the rig had marks on the rear tires consistent to the damage on the victim's car.
Swindle was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident-failure to render aid.
