LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Louisville Metro Police have arrested a man for the robbery of a person at gunpoint and it's not the first time he has been charged with this crime.

According to his arrest report, Matthew A. Cotton, 19, of Louisville held a gun at the back of a man's head while riding in the back seat of his vehicle early on January 21. Cotton forced the man to drive to the PNC Bank in the 6700 block of Bardstown Road and withdraw cash from the ATM.
