LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Several businesses in the Louisville metro area are coming together for a job fair Wednesday.
UPS, Dr. Bizer's VisionWorks, Jefferson County Public Schools and others will be conducting interviews to fill positions at the JobNewsLouisville.com "January" Job Fair at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium inside the Brown & Williamson Club from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. January 29.
Other employers will also be there including Siskin Steel, K-I Lumber, Marriott, The Rawlings Group, Louisville Metro Police Department, Lowes, Aramark and many more.
The job fair and parking for the event are free.
Job seekers can enter the stadium lot from Floyd Street by going into the D E-J (Bronze Lot) entrance and driving to the back of the stadium. Parking is available in the main lot next to the Red "Cardinal Express" train cabooses.
Applicants should enter Gate 6 of the stadium and take the elevator to the Brown & Williamson Club on the third Floor.
Hundreds of jobs up for grabs at the fair range from entry-level to management and are in a wide variety of industries.
Those looking to find a job are encouraged to dress professionally, bring plenty of resumes, and be ready to interview on-the-spot.
