LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A Louisville woman is accused of charging thousands of dollars on a debit card she was not authorized to use.
According to an arrest warrant, Patty Ann Evinger, 33, made numerous transactions throughout Jefferson County using her mother-in-law's Fifth/Third card. From November 18 through November 26, Evinger charged approximately $4,500.
The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office delivered a criminal summons to Evinger on January 27. She is set to appear in court on February 6.
Evinger is being charged with fraudulent use of a credit card.
