LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A woman was arrested Thursday afternoon for making threats at a local coffee shop.
According to witnesses, Tammy Wadley, 27, began making threats to the staff and patrons at the Bardstown Road Heine Brothers. When officers arrived, Wadley was apparently making threats about blowing up the business and killing everyone in it.
An officer approached Wadley and asked why she was threatening people. According to the police report, Wadley said, "Because it is fun."
While being escorted out, she continued to make threats towards the business, President Obama and the Secret Service. The officer notified Secret Service about the incident.
The witness, a manager at the coffee shop, said Wadley caused the staff and patrons to fear for their safety.
Wadley is being charged with terroristic threatening and disorderly conduct.
