LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Here are 10 things Kentuckiana will be talking about today:

1. Winter Storm Warning – Another round of winter weather is headed for WAVE Country. Ice and snow are expected this afternoon. The WAVE 3 News Storm Tracking Team has you covered during this Winter Storm Warning.

2. Traffic hazards – The oncoming storm will likely result in hazardous traveling conditions as early as this afternoon. Check the On-Time Traffic page for a live look at problems on the roads as the day progresses.

3. School closings – Several schools and business are closed or on a delay this morning. Take a look at the full list to see if it impacts your day.

4. Snow days piling up – JCPS is crossing their fingers there won't be another snow day this year. The schools' calendar committee came up with a recommendation for how to make up the snow days they had so far.

5. Road crews tired – The latest winter storms have a lot of us feeling weary, but it especially impacts workers for the road department who have to pull long shifts to keep you safe.

6. Cars in the cold – This winter we're all becoming adjusted to living in frigid conditions. But there are still some things you may not know about your car and the cold.

7. Evolution vs. creationism – Today, the Kentucky Creation Museum will host Bill Nye the Science Guy for a debate over the question, "Is creation a viable model of origins?" A live stream of the event will be available.

8. Family scammed – Police say the family of a toddler with cancer was scammed out of thousands of dollars when a man promised to organize a benefit concert for the girl featuring Jason Aldean.

9. Tax code proposition – Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear says he will unveil his proposals to change Kentucky's tax code today.

10. Back in custody – A man who was convicted of manslaughter for a crash that killed four boys was taken into custody again after police say he escaped while serving a three-year sentence.
