The murder of Sandra Perez, of Phoenix, left her 2-month-old baby girl motherless.
"She was happy," said Brenda Diaz, the victim's cousin. "She was joyful. She was full of life. She was happy with her brand new baby and she was a beautiful person."
Police said Perez was shot and killed in October 2013 after a fight with her husband, Ismael Perez. He took off and has not been seen since.
Ismael Perez is known to travel between Arizona, California and Mexico.
The suspect is 23 years old. He is described as 5'9" tall and weighs 190 pounds. He was last seen in the area of San Luis, AZ. He owns a green Nissan Titan truck.

Police are also looking for 54-year-old Dennis Felicia.
He is described as 6'2" tall and weighs 250 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for violating probation on an original charge of aggravated assault.
He is also known as George Skunk and Frank Wykoff. He has a tattoo that says "loco" on his left arm and one that says "mom" on his upper left arm.
There's also a warrant out for the arrest of 25-year-old Bianca Nikole Vierra. She is wanted for violating probation on an original charge of attempted sexual assault.
She is described as 5'6" tall and weighs 180 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. She is also known as Kiki and Bumblebee.
