LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – TODAY Show host Matt Lauer will be sitting in the host seat for Bob Costas during Tuesday's Primetime Olympic coverage. Costas is sitting out due to an eye infection that started in his left eye and spread to his right one.

Starting at 8 p.m. on WAVE 3 News and NBC, watch Olympic icon Shaun White compete in the men's snowboarding halfpipe final against Switzerland's Iouri "I-Pod" Podladchikov and his signature YOLO flip.

In the figure skating pairs' short program, two-time national champions Marissa Castelli, of Rhode Island, and Simon Shnapir, of Massachusetts, take to the ice along with Felicia Zhang, of New Jersey, and Nathan Bartholomay, of Pennsylvania.

Team USA members Devin Logan, Keri Herman and Julia Krass compete in slopestyle gold final in women's freestyle skiing.

Jessica Jerome and Lindsey Van hit the slopes in the individual K-95 final with Sarah Hendrickson, the reigning World Champion in women's ski jumping, who tore her ACL in August.
