LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Three men have been charged with the armed robberies of area convenience stores, two of which happened on the same day.
According to arrest reports, Luis Miguel Mosquera Iglesias, 19, was the getaway driver for a February 11 holdup at the Valero Foot Mart, 6403 E. Manslick Road. Police say Jonathan Salvador Campos, 18, used a rifle to rob the business.
On February 16, Iglesias and Campos were joined by a third man, Tre Lamar Smith, 21, in the robberies of Jacks Food Mart, 4953 Manslick Road, and Circle K, 6325 Bardstown Road.
Louisville Metro Police arrested all three men at the apartment of Iglesias in the 6600 block of Outer Loop about 15 minutes after the Circle K robbery.
Iglesias and Campos are charged with three counts of robbery; Smith with two counts. All three are being held at Louisville Metro Corrections and will be arraigned February 18.
