Taco Bell customers threatened by man with knife

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A man police say was under the influence of alcohol was arrested after causing a disturbance at a downtown fast food restaurant.

An arrest report says Glen R. Deason, 57, was inside the Taco Bell at 108 E. Broadway yelling a cursing at customers and employees when he pulled out a large pocket knife.

After a Louisville Metro Corrections officer at the restaurant told Deason to drop the knife, he folded the blade but continued to hold it. The officer smacked the knife away before taking Deason to the ground and placing him under arrest.

Deason was booked at Louisville Metro Corrections for alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct, menacing and terroristic threatening.
