LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A search warrant served by Louisville Metro Police at an Okolona business resulted in the arrest of two store employees for selling synthetic marijuana.

Police served the warrant at Golden Smoke, 8510 Preston Highway, on February 18. Arrest reports say police found the synthetic marijuana, also known as Spice, and a large amount of money. Among the money recovered were bills used by police during an undercover drug buy.

Jawad K. Alesachra, 51, and Faisal Abd, 22, were both charged with trafficking in controlled substances. Alesachra also faces a charge of possession of controlled substances after police found hydrocodone on him during a search and a charge for not having a prescription in its original container.
