Bellarmine wins at St. Joseph's 106-63

Rensselaer, Indiana (WAVE) - Bellarmine shot a blistering 64.5% from the field on their way to a 106-63 win at St. Joseph's College on Thursday.

Vance Hall led the Knights with 19 points and 7 assists. The team shot 38-59 from the field, including perfect nights for Keisten Jones (7-7) and Jake Thelen (6-6).

"It's a tremendous win," Bellarmine head coach Scotty Davenport said.  "We're playing like we practice, everybody contributes."

Five Knights scored in double figures, joining Hall were Jones with 18, Rusty Troutman and Donnie Hale each with 14, and Thelen with 12. Thelen added 6 rebounds and 4 assists.

Bellarmine hit 14 three-pointers. They held the Pumas to just 35% shooting.

The Knights improve to 18-5, 11-5 in the Greats Lakes Valley Conference. They visit #4 Indianapolis (22-2) at 7:45 p.m. on Saturday night.
