Man charged in violent assaults on acquaintance

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A Louisville man is accused of attacking a man and breaking his leg.

Police reports say that Myron Tucker, 50, attacked the victim two times between August 8 and August 26. According to witnesses, during the first attack Tucker got in a verbal altercation at the victim's home and then punched him multiple times in the face and chest.

In second attack Tucker is accused of punching the victim in the face and stomping on his foot, breaking his toe. The arrest report says that when the victim fell Tucker stomped on his leg multiple times fracturing his fibula.

The victim was taken to University of Louisville Hospital for treatment. Once there the man contacted LMPD to report the incident saying he fears Tucker.

During both altercations Tucker was reportedly drinking.

Tucker has been charged with two counts of assault.
