Roasted Root Vegetables from Incline Public House

Incline Public House stopped by FOX19 to share their recipe for Roasted Root Vegetables:

Ingredients:

  • Beets: 4oz
  • Parsnips: 4oz                                                                    
  • Butternut squash: 4oz                                                  
  • Garlic (minced): 3 cloves                                                   
  • Olive oil: 3T                                                                
  • Seasoning: 2T                                                                                                    

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cut veggies to a small dice, mince garlic and place all in mixing bowl.
  3. Add oil and seasoning, mix until all veggies are coated well.
  4. Place on baking pan and roast until tender (tossing occasionally).
