16 pounds of marijuana seized from Bullitt County home

BULLITT COUNTY, KY (WAVE) – Sixteen pounds of marijuana was seized from a Bullitt County home Friday night.

Captain Mike Halbleib said the discovery came during a narcotics investigation in the 1500 block of Hill Top Road.

According to Halbleib the marijuana was high grade and valued at $48,000. Investigators also seized approximately $700, a rifle and two digital scales from the home.

Ulises Hernandez was taken into custody and charged with trafficking in marijuana.

He is being lodged in the Bullitt County Detention Center.
