No delay in senior night game for UofL women

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – The University of Louisville women's basketball team is red hot and they aren't letting snow and ice put them on hold.

UofL athletic officials said despite the cancellation of classes due to weather today, the senior night game between the No. 3 Cardinals and No. 1 Connecticut is a go. The game will be played at the KFC Yum! Center at 7 p.m. and broadcast on ESPN2. A crowd of over 20,000 is expected for the home finale and honor four senior players - Shoni Schimmel, Tia Gibbs, Asia Taylor and Antonita Slaughter.
