LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A man wanted for a home burglary in Louisville has been arrested in southern Kentucky.
An arrest warrant was issued for Randall Phelps, 33, after the burglary on January 15. The warrant says Phelps entered a home through an unlocked door and took televisions, video game systems, phones, jewelry, a computer and other electronics item. The items are valued at $9,000.
Louisville Metro Police said Phelps entry into the home was captured in the video surveillance system. Shortly after he entered, the surveillance video system was disconnected. Phelps was identified through mugshots.
Bowling Green Police arrested Phelps on March 1. Phelps is being held in Bowling Green on the burglary charge. It is not known when he will be returned to Louisville.
