LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A performing arts center and dance studio was dedicated at a Louisville school Friday.

Congressman John Yarmuth joined students and staff at Pleasure Ridge Park High School as they celebrated the completion of the 350 seat center.

The school's theater program director Brent Braun said, "This is a big day because we've been waiting for this facility for so long. From coming from a stage we didn't have sound and lights on to a fully equipped stage, its just a fantastic accomplishment."
