Mother accused of stealing teen daughter's identity

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A Louisville woman has brought a charge of identity theft against her mother for allegedly establishing water service in the daughter's name when the daughter was a teenager and then never paying the bills, according to police.

Angella Tobin, 47, is accused of using her daughter's personal information to obtain an account through the Louisville Water Company about two years ago. The victim told investigators she was 17 years old at the time.
