Kentucky grandma becomes Instagram sensation
A Kentucky grandma dying of cancer has become an Instagram sensation thanks to her great-grandson.
Louisville teen Zach Belden created the account for Grandma Betty as a tribute to her after a terminal cancer diagnosis earlier this year.
"The idea was to start an account for my friends who know Grandma Betty," Zach Belden told WDRB. "And it turned out to be something everybody started to enjoy."
The account has already gained more than 162,000 followers since its first post in January. Betty says she feels like a celebrity every time she gets a new follower.
"We get joy out of listening to her say every day, "How many more friends do I have today," Hope Belden, Betty's granddaughter, said.
In fact, one of Grandma Betty's earliest followers was Pharrell Williams. You can follow Grandma Betty at @GrandmaBetty33
Guy sings 'Let It Go' in 21 Disney and Pixar characters
Pro tip: If you're looking to make a viral video, sing a (good) cover of Let It Go.
Dallas Baptist University student Brian Hull performed the "Frozen" song in the voices of 21 Disney and Pixar characters. And most of them are spot-on.
Hull told Examiner.com that he did the song as part of a contest to win a $100 Disney gift card. The 22-year-old's video has gone since viral with more than 4.8 million views in just a few days
Let It Go is Disney's most successful song since Colors of the Wind from the 1995 film Pocahontas.

Dog goes crazy when owners leave the house
Wonder what happens when you leave your house and let your pets do as they please? No owners means no rules.
This dog is not allowed on the bed. Its owner installed a hidden camera to see what happens when the dog is home alone. The dog has a field day.
Meanwhile the cat, who's allowed on the bed (complete double standard) just sits back and watches in amusement.

Cloak: The app to help you avoid people
Not one for small talk? Cloak is a new app that uses location data to help you avoid people. An "incognito mode for real life," if you will.
It uses the location data from your Foursquare and Instagram to chart on a map where all your friends and acquaintances are wondering. According to Buzzfeed, it's like reverse Foursquare: Instead of knowing where your friends are should you maybe want to join them, you can actively monitor where they are to avoid bumping into them.
The app is made by Chris Baker, who also made the baby photo blocker Un.baby.me for Facebook.
