LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Hundreds gathered to walk across the Big Four Bridge including both Mayors of Louisville and Jeffersonville.
The event was organized by writer and business man Bob Hill after a mob of teens went on a rampage of violent attacks last week at the Waterfront and downtown Louisville.
Hill saw the damage the teens did and put a message on Facebook asking the community to take ownership of the Waterfront.
Mayor Greg Fischer promised more eyes on the city adding 24 additional surveillance cameras that will be installed throughout the Waterfront and Big Four Bridge to capture and problems that may develop.
