LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A Louisville man was caught on camera doing donuts in the Churchill Downs infield.
According to an arrest slip, Benjamin Bratcher, 37, is an employee of a company doing construction work at Churchill Downs. On March 31, around 2:30 p.m., a Churchill Downs employee saw Bratcher driving his Mustang through the infield.
Bratcher tore the ground up and caused over $1,000 in damage to the grass. He admitted to an officer that he was driving his car and did not believe he caused that much damage.
