Metro Parks Community Centers provide spring break fun

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Louisville Metro Parks & Recreation welcomes children and teens to its community centers for special spring break programs.

A full schedule of activities is planned, designed to keep children engaged in positive and educational opportunities during this out of school time, including arts and crafts, field trips, team-building games, fitness, table games, sports and sports tournaments, and much more. Activities vary by community center.

"Our community centers are always a great place for youth to spend time when school is out of session, and we're pleased to offer these spring break activities," said Mayor Greg Fischer.
