LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A Fishers, Indiana mother who skipped town and fled to Louisville with her 8-year-old daughter in 2013, prompting an AMBER Alert, is a free woman. A Hamilton County, Indiana judge ruled all charges dismissed against Jennifer Ansari, saying the girl was never in real danger.[PREVIOUS STORY: Mom who prompted AMBER Alert speaks out]The AMBER Alert was issued in September 2013 after Ansari brought her daughter to Louisville after learning she was going to lose custody of the child. A few days later, the two were found safe.
