NORTH VERNON, IN (WAVE) – Detectives have made an arrest in the murder of a 23-year-old North Vernon woman.
According to the Jennings County Sheriff's Office, Jeremy Jackson, 33, is accused of murdering his wife, Jessie Jo Louden-Jackson on April 5. Deputies were called to their house in the 700 block of Country Manor around 11:30 p.m. on April 5. EMS was working to resuscitate Louden-Jackson, but she would later be taken to the hospital and pronounced dead.
The investigation reports that Jackson is responsible for supplying methamphetamine to Louden-Jackson that resulted in her death.
He was arrested on Friday, April 11 and is being charged with murder, dealing in methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine.
