    According to the Cochise County Sheriff's Office, Eric Doug Bryan, was taken into custody without incident by the SWAT team just before 4 p.m. on Monday.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Tucson News Now viewer Daniel Ellsworth captured time lapse video of the Brown Fire near Sierra Vista on Sunday and Monday and sent us the footage.

Many at Fort Huachuca continue to watch the plumes of smoke rising from the Brown Fire, which continues to burn in Garden Canyon on the north side of the mountains. The fire has now charred about 300 acres.

Approximately 70 firefighters, including two hotshot crews, are already in the area with more crews on the way.
